Privacy Policy

We may receive your name, email address, contact-form subject and message. If you create an account, we store the account details needed to sign you in and show your access status.

We also store your selected destination, language and cookie-notice choice on your device. Basic technical information may be processed to keep the service secure and reliable.

Payments are handled by our payment provider. TODO receives transaction references, payment status, amount, currency and access dates, but does not receive or store your full card number.

We use information to provide the guide, answer contact requests, operate accounts, confirm purchases, prevent misuse, maintain security and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

TODO uses essential device storage for destination, language and notice preferences. Our payment provider may set cookies for checkout, fraud prevention and transaction security when checkout is opened. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party audience analytics.

An affiliate or source link takes you to another website. That website has its own privacy practices. TODO may receive a commission when an eligible booking or purchase is completed.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and legal, payment, security and record-keeping obligations. You may ask about, correct or request deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.

TODO can use your device location to show how far verified places are and to answer questions such as “restaurants near me”. Your browser or phone asks for permission first, and only after you tap “Use my location”.

Your position is kept on your device for the current browsing session, used to calculate distance, and is never stored on our servers, shown in the interface or shared with other users. When you ask a location question, the coordinates are used only to prepare that answer and are not saved afterwards. You can switch location off at any time, and TODO works normally without it, using your selected destination instead.
