How offers are selected

TODO aims to show useful, current offers relevant to the selected destination. An offer needs a clear benefit or price, validity information, a source, a working booking or claim link and a recent verification time before it appears as verified.

Not every destination has live offers. When fewer than three suitable offers can be verified, TODO shows fewer rather than filling the space with unverified promotions.
